2. Production and Shipping Time

* Production Time: Please specify a clear production timeframe (e.g., 10-14 business days) separate from shipping time.

* Shipping Delays: Please disclaim responsibility for any delays caused by the shipping company after the item has left your premises. You will provide the customer with a tracking number.

3. Care Instructions

* Washing Instructions: Please specify that dry cleaning or cold hand washing is required.

* Ironing Instructions: Please warn against using a regular iron directly on embroidery or delicate fabrics. We recommend using a steam iron.

* Disclaimer: The store is not responsible for damage to the item due to improper washing.

4. Exchange and Return Policy

* Timeframe: A deadline will be set for notifying you of any problem (e.g., within 24 or 48 hours of receiving the item).

2. مدة التنفيذ والشحن

* تأخير شركات الشحن: إخلاء المسؤولية عن أي تأخير ناتج عن شركة الشحن بعد خروج القطعة من عندك، مع الالتزام بتزويد العميلة برقم التتبع.

3. تعليمات العناية بالقطعة (Care Instructions)

* طريقة الغسيل: التنويه بضرورة “الغسيل الجاف” (Dry Clean) أو الغسيل اليدوي البارد فقط.
* الكي: التحذير من استخدام المكواة العادية مباشرة على التطريز أو الأقمشة الحساسة، والنصح باستخدام مكواة البخار.

* إخلاء المسؤولية: المتجر غير مسؤول عن تلف القطعة بسبب سوء الغسيل.

4. سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

* المدة الزمنية: تحديد مهلة لإبلاغك بأي مشكلة (مثلاً: خلال 24 أو 48 ساعة من استلام القطعة).

* حالة القطعة: يجب أن تكون القطعة بحالتها الأصلية (غير ملبوسة، وبتاغ المتجر، وبدون روائح عطور أو مساحيق تجميل).
